Eating food—especially high-calorie, “fattening” fare—produces dopamine and serotonin, two intense pleasure neurotransmitters (kinda like hormones). Since food makes us feel so good (at the moment, at least), of course we overeat!
Fortunately, we can receive the same intense pleasure neurotransmitters from an orgasm. Therefore, if we orgasm hard and often, we won’t overeat. It won't take long for your body to naturally slim down to a lean, fit shape.
And the process will be a helluva lot of fun! :)
