We're getting fatter?!??

We've seen that headline too many times!! A new study predicts that 43% of Americans will be obese by the year 2018! (We're about 31% obese now.)

WTF people?? Sure, we can blame it on a million things: Sedentary workplaces, too-busy lives that eradicate gym time and encourage emotional eating, super-high-calorie restaurant fare, huge portions, fad diets that make us fatter in the end, etc, etc. But we MUST fight back against our fattening lifestyles!

Here's an easy, fun tip to get us moving in the right direction: Next time you're stressed out and want a pleasure-kick from food, conjure up a juicy fantasy in your mind and make yourself orgasm instead. The resulting dopamine rush will feel fabulous and most likely eliminate your urge to stuff your face with brownies!

More interesting info about the study. It predicts that "by 2018, Colorado would be the only state where less than 30% of adults would be obese. In six states--Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, and South Dakota--more than 50% of adults would be obese."

Dieting is easier with orgasms!

See Us Sweat


Us ForTra ladies aren’t all talk and no action. I hit the gym 6-7 days a week. My best workouts are 1.5-2 hours of ForTra moves, but when I’m too tired for lunges, I do an hour on the StairMaster.

Conchita gets her sculpted legs from lifting weights. She works out 5-6 days a week: Two of those days are 45 minutes of cardio. The other 2-3 days she spends lifting free weights, two body parts per day, followed by another 30 minutes of cardio. “The feeling of strength, of being strong, is a high I can’t wait to indulge in every day!”

Demi (her sexxxy self is pictured above) exercises 6-7 days a week, for 30 minutes per session. Sometimes she focuses on abs; sometimes she does total-body ForTra moves. Other times, she’ll just blast some music and dance in her living room.
“My favorite is when my man works out with me…then we have hot, sweaty sex afterward.”

Stress Buzz-off

People tend to judge me, enough that I'm getting used to it. But today, a female acquaintance blasted me in a way that really pissed me off. I don't blast back. I choose the kill 'em with kindness strategy and get over it quickly. But she really got under my skin.

"Old Me" would've run to the grocery store and shoveled down a package of chocolate chip cookies. But today, I chose to spend some quality time with my vibrator and porn.

Me


Short version: I’m a gym addict who beat compulsive overeating by having frequent orgasms.


Longer version:

Starting at age 12, I would binge uncontrollably on a daily basis, swallowing 4,000-5,000 calories in one sitting. Desperate for recovery, I tried anonymous 12 Step meetings when I was maybe 23 (I’m 29 now). The meetings certainly didn’t “cure” me, but it opened my eyes to the millions of people suffering from binge eating.

At age 26, I started having a lot of sex. A LOT. Until then, I disliked sex and avoided it to the point it put a major strain on my relationships. Then I suddenly became multi-orgasmic. (I truly believe this had to do with my new-and-improved workouts, but I’ll elaborate on that later.)

I couldn’t get enough and had intense orgasms almost every day. After maybe 6 months of daily sex, I realized I hadn’t binged since I started my sex fest. I had lost 35 pounds!

Did I just switch addictions, food to sex? Maybe at first. Friends were telling me that I had a sex addiction, but heck! If, up until age 26, you could barely orgasm and thought something was wrong with you, then suddenly you became multi-orgasmic, wouldn’t YOU go sex crazy?? That’s what I thought.

Fortunately, after a year of having sex with many more partners than I care to admit, I calmed down. I went from a nymphomaniac f*cking 6 guys at one swinger party to just a young woman who has a couple regular f*ck buddies and uses her vibrator to fill in any gaps. Clearly, I did not have a sex addiction; I just loved sex.

It has now been three years since my Sexapalooza began, and I can’t even remember the last time I ate compulsively. After 14 years of my weight going up and down, my weight was stable.

**Something to mention now: I fully condone SAFE sex--and getting tested regularly! I’m always safe with my sex, as are most people in the swinger scene, thank gawd. I also get tested for ALL STDs every few months. It doesn’t take long; just do it!

I've been hitting some bumps in the road...there are so many details about starting and running a company that you don't realize until they arise. But things are going well overall, and I will get the video out very soon!
