Us ForTra ladies aren’t all talk and no action. I hit the gym 6-7 days a week. My best workouts are 1.5-2 hours of ForTra moves, but when I’m too tired for lunges, I do an hour on the StairMaster.
Conchita gets her sculpted legs from lifting weights. She works out 5-6 days a week: Two of those days are 45 minutes of cardio. The other 2-3 days she spends lifting free weights, two body parts per day, followed by another 30 minutes of cardio. “The feeling of strength, of being strong, is a high I can’t wait to indulge in every day!”
Demi (her sexxxy self is pictured above) exercises 6-7 days a week, for 30 minutes per session. Sometimes she focuses on abs; sometimes she does total-body ForTra moves. Other times, she’ll just blast some music and dance in her living room.
