Oftentimes, when we overeat, we're really seeking a rush of dopamine, an intense pleasure neurotransmitter.
Orgasms also provide a strong rush of dopamine,
therefore replacing your urge to overeat. With frequent
orgasms, dieting can be easy! Add a good ForTra
workout, and you'll be a lean, mean sex machine in no

--Today's workout: 25 minutes of ForTra moves and 1 hour on the StairMaster, level 7. FYI, I should mention I always take a few breaks when doing an hour of StairMaster! lol
