Par-TAAAYYY Saturday, April 24th!

Save the date, and book your flights to NYC!! To celebrate the RELEASE (pun intended) of my first ForTra: Foreplay Training video, I'm throwing a huge, bad-ass party on Saturday, April 24th! It will be in the Pink Room at BLVD (199 Bowery at Spring St. in NYC).

MANY more details to come. I'll have A LOT of live entertainment, mostly hot women in sexy fitness attire...what more could you want!??!?

All fans of hot babes in sexy fitness attire are welcome, even--gasp!--single males! (That's a no-no in the swinger lifestyle.) Free for ladies, and only $10 for men.

I WILL have a douchebag filter at the door, so if you're a douche, you'll be immediately thrown to the curb. I'll also have security and reserve the right to boot anyone who's not treating my HOT friends with respect.

I'm putting a ton of work and money into this party...it's going to ROCK!! Hope you can make it!! Please RSVP to ForTradvd@gmail.com.

...This pic is me scouring my fridge getting ready for the party! LOL just kidding. You're all too good for the bird crumbs in my fridge!

Fitness is Money

Fitness is feeling great in just a "husband-beater" and old jeans. Million-dollar, high fashion clothes can hardly make an unkempt, ignored body feel good, but if you spend some time and money keeping your body fit, you'll feel like a million bucks wearing even the cheapest clothes.

P.S. This dress cost me $15. :)

Get Happy to Lose Weight

Eating while watching a movie is a bad idea. You won’t be paying attention and could easily scarf an entire bucket of buttery popcorn, creating a new layer of fat around your waist before the final credits roll.

If it’s a sad movie, you’ll eat even more—30% more. Holey muffin tops!

The same principle certainly applies to daily life: If you’re sad, there’s a good chance you’re going to overeat. If you’re happy, you won’t look to fo,od for comfort or entertainment.

During the many years that my eating was out of control, I was not a happy person. I stressed about every little thing, I struggled with perfectionism, and I put up with a job I didn’t like. Plus, I had not yet discovered the joys of sex and orgasm. I was having sex about once every two weeks, but didn’t let myself enjoy it.

I ate to alleviate my sadness, but later, I felt worse about myself for binging yet again, which made me even sadder, which made me overeat again…it was a vicious cycle.

Things started to look up when I sought happiness outside of food. I gave my imperfect self a break and stopped taking myself so seriously. I changed jobs and pursued what I wanted in life—NOT what I thought OTHERS wanted me to pursue. Instead of seeking approval all the time, I looked outside myself and began to appreciate the simple things in life, such as good friends, random acts of kindness, and the smile on the deli guy’s face as he made me a turkey sandwich.

Instead of torturing myself at the gym, I found a workout I enjoyed (many of these moves are included in my ForTra workout) and also happened to be the most efficient workout ever. My body finally started to look toned, which meant more body confidence for me! I found a new sex partner (or partners…I’m not telling) and started having orgasms on a daily basis.

With these changes, I dropped 35 pounds pretty easily, after at least 12 years of completely struggling with my weight.

After all the diets I tried, the key was simply to make myself happy!

Get Stiff w/ Exercise

I was about to have the hottest sex in my life--or so I thought.

Bill was a clean-cut, educated, 6'5" businessman. I had seen him four times at the Thursday night parties at the oh-so-fancy Tavern on the Green in Central Park in New York City. I liked Bill from the first time we talked, but I was a good girl and made him wait. The fourth time we met, I accepted his invitation to take a nighttime walk through Central Park. New, hot guy + dark, mysterious public park = I was horny.

When he kissed me, I didn't resist. I pulled him closer, hands roaming. Before I knew it, our pants were down, and I was bent over a park bench. lol

Bill was only 28 years old, so I was shocked when he had erection problems. I'm standing there, my bare ass out waiting to be satisfied, but he's too limp to get it in. Maybe he was nervous, I thought. Maybe it was the condom making him flaccid. But when we tried again, later at his apartment: same deal. Soft, droopy dick.

Erectile dysfunction could be caused by many variables, but one thing that makes ED a whole lot LESS likely is exercise! These studies prove it:

--Men who exercise for 20-30 minutes a day ('nothing!) were about half as likely to have erection problems as sedentary men. Also, as a man's waistline increased, so did his odds of experiencing sexual dysfunction. This is all according to The Harvard School of Public Health.

--A study by the University of California, San Diego showed that when sedentary, middle-aged men started working out 3-4 times a week for 60 minutes at a time, they suddenly had more frequent sex, better orgasms, and better sexual function overall.

As for Bill, I stopped talking to him shortly thereafter. (He said something pretty disrespectful, so now I ignore him.) But I remember him telling me he hadn't worked out in a couple months, which probably meant he hadn't worked out in a year. Hmmm...

Snooze, You Lose

When I start working with new client, I ask them a long list of expected questions: What do you eat? What’s your current exercise routine? Do you have any injuries?

They’re always surprised, though, when I ask them how much they sleep. Given that 99% of my clients are ambitious New Yorkers, they usually say 6 hours or less. Sleep deprivation is a HUGE (pun intended) reason why some people are overweight.

Numerous studies have shown that, usually, the less a person sleeps, the heavier they are.

Why?

1) When you’re tired, you eat more. Fatigue creates higher levels of ghrelin, an appetite-stimulating hormone, and lower levels of leptin, the hormone that tells you to stop eating when you’re full.

That’s a double-hormone whammy making it nearly impossible to keep your eating under control.

2) Sleep deprivation makes you crave sugar, since it’s quick energy. When your body is tired, it isn’t concerned about the inevitable crash sugar will cause later. It just wants energy NOW, and urges your hands to reach for the nearest chocolate bar.

3) Deep sleep is also the time when your brain secretes a hormone that encourages your body to burn fat. If you don’t sleep long enough to hit that final stage of REM, you miss out on some effective—and effortless!-- fat burning.

4) With less sleep, you have less energy. (Duh.) Therefore, you’ll be slumping in your office chair and spending your off-work hours on the couch. Sleep more, and you’ll move around more during the day. Plus, you will work harder at the gym, therefore, burning more calories.

Girl-on-Girl Playtime

I LOOOOVE that my ForTra fitness routine requires orgasms. Some people see sex as unnecessary and think they’re exercising will power by skipping sex. That’s a sad, sad thing. The benefits are proven! Sex is essential to health and will even keep you from overeating.

Anyway…I’ve said that a million times before. How about I tell you about my latest sexcapade? :)

I've been seeing just one guy for a while, but he doesn't mind if I play with other women. I'm on a couple different websites where it's pretty easy to find bisexual women, so I arranged to meet one last night.

Laura is married but her husband lets her play with women on her own. Lucky for me! Laura is a knockout. Tall, blonde, fit. Yummy. She also likes to take control at times.

Her husband rented us a hotel room at the swanky W hotel in Midtown Manhattan. His plan was to let us do our thing, then, after I left, he would come in, his wife would tell him all about our fun, then they play again. Whatever makes them happy... as long as I get her first!

Laura and I walked into the tiniest hotel room we'd ever seen. Very New York, lol. But it was nice.

We wasted no time, and started kissing while standing up. My hands felt underneath her tiny dress, and she pulled at my garter belt. We fell onto the bed, made out and groped for a few more minutes. She likes my long fingers, which got her off right shortly after I slide them inside her.

Once Laura gained control, she flipped me over on my back, took my panties off, spread my legs, and ordered, "Don't move." She went to open the windows so that all of New York could see what we were up to. Awesome. :)

With my legs still spread, she slowly unhooked my garters and rolled my stockings off. She played with my feet, stuck each toe in her mouth, then sucking on my big toes as if she was giving a cock a blow job. She had me unbelievably excited.

Laura then came up toward my pussy, using her tongue and fingers to get me off three times, licking her fingers clean each time before probing me again. Phenomenal.

While I caught my breath, she moved up next to me, played with my hair and hugged me. Somehow we had a conversation while we cuddled, but soon started our playtime again.

Laura is an amazing, amazing woman! I'm so happy to have her as part of my ForTra fitness program. :)

Calorie Counters on Ellipticals: Trustworthy?

The ellipticals are always filled at my gym. It's mostly people trudging along slowly, wearing baggy clothes, because--
despite riding the elliptical every day--they're still pudgy.

WHY do these people ho-hum their time away on the lazy-man elliptical? Because the screen SAYS they're torching calories.

Does your elliptical say you burn 400 calories in 20 minutes? Bullsh*t.

All cardio machines just guess-timate your calories burned, but its calculations are based solely on your weight, speed,
resistance, and distance covered. There are SO MANY other factors involved, such as

1) How much of your weight is muscle, and how much is fat?
--The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn.

2) Are you male or female?
--Males tend to have more muscle, so they burn more calories with the same effort. (Bastards!)

3) Are you bouncing on the pedals or bending your knees slightly to ensure
constant tension on your muscles?
--Keeping your knees slightly bent is more difficult and will burn more calories.

4) Are you pumping the arm bars or are you letting them fly in the wind?
--Incorporating your upper body can increase your calorie burn big time.

5) Are you new to the elliptical, or have you been riding it for months?
--When you're new, your body isn't used to it and will burn more calories.

6) Are you keeping a steady pace or adding interval training?
--Interval training burns more.

If you take the easy route in riding, the screen will say you burned the same amount of calories than if you made your ride
more challenging.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but at least now you won't waste your time prancing away when you could bend your knees,
pump your arms, and interval-train your way to a lean bod!

CEOs Need Fitness, Too!

I completely admire the focus and expertise of top executives and high-powered businesspeople.
They're incredibly smart and talented, but too often, they skimp on sleep, are overwhelmed with stress, and rarely exercise.

After a while, their health suffers. They may be on top of the business world, but they have bad posture, poor eating habits, and start to experience aches and pains that only worsen as they get older.

Why let your body deteriorate? Apply a bit of your hard-work ethic to your body. You KNOW that improved fitness will also improve your work life, so you can afford at least 30 minutes per day to give your body a chance to move.

If you're just starting, take it slow. You're not the athlete you were in college. I don't care if you used to run 10 miles in 10 minutes and bench 550 pounds. That was years ago. Now your body is used to sitting for hours on end, hunched over a computer.

If you have pretty-good knees and access to a stairwell, start by simply walking up a few flights a few times a day. Keep your knees straight ahead (no jutting them to the side).

Take care when walking back down the steps (or even take the elevator), since flailing down stairs could be unnecessary impact on your joints. Keep your legs strong and land softly with each step down.

As you improve, take two steps at a time, paying attention to how it works your glutes and quads. Watch your butt get perkier each day. :)

In your office, get on the floor for an ab plank. The plank works so many parts of your body, especially your core, and is safe for just about anyone. Lie face down, propping yourself on your forearms and toes. Keep your body as straight as a board (like a plank, get it?), and you should feel your abs immediately. See how long you can hold it. Rest, then do it two more times. Track your stamina and watch it improve every day!

That's all I'm asking you to do for now. Walk some stairs and do some planks! Once you've done this for a week or two, e-mail me, and I'll give you your next step! :)

Extreme Calories

Ho ho ho!!! Hope you all had a great day and a happy holiday (if you celebrate this one)!!!

I had a great workout today (30min ForTra moves and an hour on the Stairmaster), then spent time with my family. Eating. Too many cookies!

My full stomach somehow inspired me to check out some health sites. I found some fascinating--and frightening!--info from the Center for Science of the Public Interest.

Did you know that Domino's BreadBowl Pastas contain 1,300-1,500 calories each?? And The Cheesecake Factory's Chicken and Bisquits entree has 2,500 calories?? Sheesh!! Note that most people should limit themselves to 2,000 calories per day.

No wonder so much of America is obese!!

Will the delays ever end??

Hello, my sexy friends! Sorry I've been MIA. I became rather annoyed when my distributor informed me it will be up to 60 more days before my video is available for purchase. Agh!! Two more friggin' months! I had no idea how many obstacles, details, and delays were involved in putting out a video!

The good news is that I'm getting a couple photoshoots done, all to indirectly encourage you to have more Killer Workouts and Killer Orgasms. :)

I'm attaching a new pic of me, which was taken about a week ago. I hope you like it! I have another photoshoot this Tuesday, with me, Conchita, Demi, and Jessie. Guaranteed sexiness!! :)

We're getting fatter?!??

We've seen that headline too many times!! A new study predicts that 43% of Americans will be obese by the year 2018! (We're about 31% obese now.)

WTF people?? Sure, we can blame it on a million things: Sedentary workplaces, too-busy lives that eradicate gym time and encourage emotional eating, super-high-calorie restaurant fare, huge portions, fad diets that make us fatter in the end, etc, etc. But we MUST fight back against our fattening lifestyles!

Here's an easy, fun tip to get us moving in the right direction: Next time you're stressed out and want a pleasure-kick from food, conjure up a juicy fantasy in your mind and make yourself orgasm instead. The resulting dopamine rush will feel fabulous and most likely eliminate your urge to stuff your face with brownies!

More interesting info about the study. It predicts that "by 2018, Colorado would be the only state where less than 30% of adults would be obese. In six states--Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, and South Dakota--more than 50% of adults would be obese."

Ouch!!

Dieting is easier with orgasms!

As I've mentioned on my ForTra site:
Oftentimes, when we overeat, we're really seeking a rush of dopamine, an intense pleasure neurotransmitter.
Orgasms also provide a strong rush of dopamine,
therefore replacing your urge to overeat. With frequent
orgasms, dieting can be easy! Add a good ForTra
workout, and you'll be a lean, mean sex machine in no
time! Here are a few links to back up my stance:

"Dopamine is considered the 'reward
neurotransmitter.' When we drink water, eat food,
or have sex, dopamine rises."

"...food and sex release dopamine."

"The main players (of sex include) dopamine, the reward hormone..."

--Today's workout: 25 minutes of ForTra moves and 1 hour on the StairMaster, level 7. FYI, I should mention I always take a few breaks when doing an hour of StairMaster! lol

Temporarily removed

Not accepting new clients

FYI, I'm not accepting new private clients at this time. Sorry.

However, I will be offering online training in a couple weeks. And my ForTra video will be available by the end of November. Promise. ;)

See Us Sweat

Us ForTra ladies aren’t all talk and no action. I hit the gym 6-7 days a week. My best workouts are 1.5-2 hours of ForTra moves, but when I’m too tired for lunges, I do an hour on the StairMaster.

Conchita gets her sculpted legs from lifting weights. She works out 5-6 days a week: Two of those days are 45 minutes of cardio. The other 2-3 days she spends lifting free weights, two body parts per day, followed by another 30 minutes of cardio. “The feeling of strength, of being strong, is a high I can’t wait to indulge in every day!”

Demi (her sexxxy self is pictured above) exercises 6-7 days a week, for 30 minutes per session. Sometimes she focuses on abs; sometimes she does total-body ForTra moves. Other times, she’ll just blast some music and dance in her living room.
“My favorite is when my man works out with me…then we have hot, sweaty sex afterward.”

…I love my friends! ;)

Stress Buzz-off

People tend to judge me, enough that I'm getting used to it. But today, a female acquaintance blasted me in a way that really pissed me off. I don't blast back. I choose the kill 'em with kindness strategy and get over it quickly. But she really got under my skin.

"Old Me" would've run to the grocery store and shoveled down a package of chocolate chip cookies. But today, I chose to spend some quality time with my vibrator and porn.

My skinny purple vibe has treated me VERY well, and today was no exception. A quick search on PornMe brought a wide-screen, colorful video to my eyes. I like watching girls with big butts. Big, round, juicy butts, preferrably glistening with baby oil and being fucked from behind. Yummy! I'm getting wet again, just writing about it.

My porn/vibrator combo had me in extasy within 3 minutes, and I totally forgot about that slime-mouthed bitch. Mission accomplished!

--Today's WORKOUT: I did an hour on the StairMaster. Level 7 for 45 minutes, then Level 8 for 15 minutes.

Me

Short version: I’m a gym addict who beat compulsive overeating by having frequent orgasms.

Longer version:

Starting at age 12, I would binge uncontrollably on a daily basis, swallowing 4,000-5,000 calories in one sitting. Desperate for recovery, I tried anonymous 12 Step meetings when I was maybe 23 (I’m 29 now). The meetings certainly didn’t “cure” me, but it opened my eyes to the millions of people suffering from binge eating.

At age 26, I started having a lot of sex. A LOT. Until then, I disliked sex and avoided it to the point it put a major strain on my relationships. Then I suddenly became multi-orgasmic. (I truly believe this had to do with my new-and-improved workouts, but I’ll elaborate on that later.)

I couldn’t get enough and had intense orgasms almost every day. After maybe 6 months of daily sex, I realized I hadn’t binged since I started my sex fest. I had lost 35 pounds!

Did I just switch addictions, food to sex? Maybe at first. Friends were telling me that I had a sex addiction, but heck! If, up until age 26, you could barely orgasm and thought something was wrong with you, then suddenly you became multi-orgasmic, wouldn’t YOU go sex crazy?? That’s what I thought.

Fortunately, after a year of having sex with many more partners than I care to admit, I calmed down. I went from a nymphomaniac f*cking 6 guys at one swinger party to just a young woman who has a couple regular f*ck buddies and uses her vibrator to fill in any gaps. Clearly, I did not have a sex addiction; I just loved sex.

It has now been three years since my Sexapalooza began, and I can’t even remember the last time I ate compulsively. After 14 years of my weight going up and down, my weight was stable.

**Something to mention now: I fully condone SAFE sex--and getting tested regularly! I’m always safe with my sex, as are most people in the swinger scene, thank gawd. I also get tested for ALL STDs every few months. It doesn’t take long; just do it!

--Today's WORKOUT: I did 1.5 hours of ForTra moves. Yeah!

Thank you...

...for all the e-mails you've been sending! I know many of you are anxious to see my video--and I sincerely APPRECIATE your enthusiasm!!

I've been hitting some bumps in the road...there are so many details about starting and running a company that you don't realize until they arise. But things are going well overall, and I will get the video out very soon!

Until then, here's a pic of me and my gorgeous friend on Halloween. We were sexy mummies. ;) Can you tell which ass is Mine? ;)
